Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours before your slot and you owe nothing. Late cancellations may carry the direct cost of bespoke plumbing parts already secured for your job, as set out in your quote.

You may reschedule your booking without a fee. We will offer the nearest vacant appointment within one working day.

You will receive a complete refund if we pull out, fail to carry out the agreed plumbing work, or if the finished job falls short of the quote and we cannot set it right in good time.

• No cancellation fee applies when you notify us at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made under twenty-four hours where a technician has already been dispatched may incur a thirty-pound call-out charge to cover vehicle fuel and travel time.
• If a pre-ordered specialist fitting was ordered exclusively for your home and cannot be returned to the merchant, the merchant restocking charge will apply.
• If you paid a deposit for equipment and cancel before the component is dispatched from the supplier, your deposit is returned in full.

1. Call our workshop telephone number to let the dispatch team know directly.
2. Provide your property postcode and original appointment time.
3. Agree on a rescheduled date or request a final cancellation acknowledgement.

Any qualifying refund for cancelled pre-ordered parts is returned via bank transfer within five working days.
