Pricing & Payment Terms

We believe in plain, open pricing without hidden surcharges or surprise extras. We outline labour charges and component costs before unscrewing any pipework in your property.

1. How prices are set

Prices are quoted either as a fixed sum for distinct component replacements or based on a clear hourly charge for diagnostic tracing. Quotes cover the required brassware, seals, standard sundries, and labour.

2. Payment methods

We settle accounts by cash once the job is signed off or by direct bank transfer upon invoice. We never store or handle bank cards through this site.

  • Cash on completion
  • Bank transfer against invoice

3. Invoicing

An itemised invoice is handed to you or emailed as soon as the installation is tested and finished. Invoices state the work carried out, the individual parts fitted, and our bank account details for transfer.

4. Deposits and materials

We do not request deposits for routine valve swaps or tap repairs. For larger non-standard equipment orders exceeding five hundred pounds, we may ask for the cost of the hardware up front before ordering.

5. Late payment

Invoices are payable upon completion of the visit. Payments not received within fourteen days of the invoice date will be subject to a five-pound administrative reminder fee and statutory interest.
