How Your Repair Works
- 1Pressure balancing checkWe measure hot and cold supply pressures at the mixer inlet to verify they match the shower valve specifications.
- 2Mixer removal and mountingWe unscrew the bar valve or strip the concealed faceplate, renewing the rubber mesh filters and thread seals.
- 3Calibration and thermal cut-off testWe set the valve stop to 38 degrees Celsius, test the anti-scald shut-off by cutting the cold feed, and check waste drainage.
